Participating in Based India offers us a great opportunity to strengthen our ties with the Base community and connect with local developers. Our existing contracts on Base testnet motivate us to showcase our work, gather community feedback, and foster collaborations. With two team members from India, we're eager to contribute to and grow with India's thriving web3 ecosystem.

Current blockchain analytics solutions are centralized and extractive, failing to fairly incentivize analyst contributions. Analysts often work for free or for just recognition, leading to burnout and decreased output as rewards diminish.

The only current alternative for web3 data analysts is to operate on a bounty system, where individuals or entities can request specific insights and dashboards for their projects or interests. A SQL “wizard” can then undertake this task, conducting the analysis on their behalf in exchange for a one-time payment.

This approach is reactive, as the analysis only takes place when specifically requested. We believe this leaves a significant gap in in-depth analysis that represents a lost opportunity for insights that could drive the whole industry forward.

Glint is empowering crypto analysts with a low-code, AI-driven analytics platform that enables incredibly fast time-to-value and rewards their brilliance through a tokenized on-chain data intelligence economy, creating a world where knowledge flows, collaboration thrives, and value accrues within the community.

Dashboards created on Glint are minted as NFTs, with all interactions recorded through weighted voting. The interactions and votes determine the reward share Analysts get from the GLNT smart contract based on the value each dashboard provides to the community, as determined by the community themselves. We're calling this a create-to-earn model but are also working on features and ways to also incentivize content curators (Users, KOLs and Media Outlets).

Ultimately, we believe that a well design token economy can disrupt extractive, centralized businesses, and that ubiquitous, insightful dashboards have the power to accelerate innovation and illuminate the truth in decentralized ecosystems.

We encountered challenges in effectively communicating our data schema to ChatGPT, which initially hindered our ability to obtain high-quality SQL code. To overcome this obstacle, we provided ChatGPT with more detailed information about our tables and implemented a strategic renaming of our columns. These changes were designed to reduce confusion and improve the AI's understanding of our data structure, ultimately leading to better SQL code generation.
